Bright with a crystalline focus on pure red fruit and cooling herbs. Creamy and mouth filling. Black and purple fruit. Spice box and licorice. Mulberry and green peppercorns. Blackberry and black truffle. Hedonistic and approachable today, though I know this wine will be hitting its stride in a few more years. Soft and plush with a dusting of ultra-fine tannins. Ballard Canyon blueberry notes from the dominant syrah portion. With time in glass, herbal, earthy and dusty notes from the cabernet sauvignon emerge and converge. I love how these marry with the spice and black fruit of the syrah/petite sirah components. A complete and compelling Todos with nothing out of place. Blackberry jam, clove and sweet aged balsamic.

The 2023 Todos has great brightness, richness and inner creaminess, a combination that works oh so well. Ripe wild blackberry, menthol, exotic spice tones and floral inflections pour from the glass. Forward, plush and unabashedly hedonistic, the Todos is the wine to enjoy while waiting for the others in the range to emerge from their slumbers.

Based on Syrah with notable portions of Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and a touch of Chaos, the 2023 Todos was aged 20 months in 35% new French oak with the balance in neutral oak. It offers darker berries, cassis, liquid violets, pepper, and gamey, floral, bouquet garni notes. Medium to full-bodied, fresh, and focused, it has ripe, polished tannins and that classic Jonata purity and class. It's a stunningly pure, complete, layered beauty that has so much to love and will keep for 15 years if well stored. While this functions a little as an entry-level, kitchen sink blend, it’s legit awesome. Drink 2025-2040.

This is a super expressive, hedonistic wine—full of joyful, buoyant black and red berry fruit. Lovely violet and candied pastille nuances float alongside ultra-fine, powdery tannins and a wet slate minerality. The finish is everlasting, floral, and utterly captivating.
